  • Where do you ship my order?

For products marked "US Stock", we ship from US warehouse and only ship to Continental United States. (Note: No Shipping to military bases. remote states, or PO Box address. )

For other products, we ships globally from China warehouse.

  • How soon will I get my package?

For US buyers who buy products marked "US Stock", estimated delivery is in 5 to 7 business days.
For other products, we will send tracking number once an order is shipped. Delivery time varies from 10 days to 39 days for different destination countries, after shipment.

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you can track your package online at https://www.17track.net/en. Copy and paste the tracking number sent to your email or linked to your account/order information to track the status.

Or, if you have clicked “Track Order with Shop” to download Shopify's SHOP app at our Thank You page after you check out, then you can check realtime shipping status of your orders in the app.

  • Can I make changes to my order after checkout?

Please double check your shipping address and order details when checking out! Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted, because we have a very quick turnaround time, the reality is there usually is just not enough time for us to catch an order, pull it out of the production queues and change it. Thanks for your understanding!

  • What is your return policy?

We hope you to love it, but if for any reason you won’t like our products or if the items received are found damaged or defective, please tell us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange return or send replacement.

Items to be returned shall be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags and in original package.
