IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT
We hope you to love it, but if for any reason you won’t like our products, breathe easy, just let us know within 7 days of delivery. You may request a self return in your account. Log into your account from diningstorm.com or from the link https://account.diningstorm.com, with the email you used when placing the order.
Items to be returned shall be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags and in original package.
Personalized/customized items in our store are not eligible for return.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
If the items received are found damaged or defective, please tell us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly send you replacement or provide free shipping label for return and refund. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS & WRONG ORDER
Can I make changes to my order after I submit it?
Please double check your shipping address and order details when checking out! Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted, because we have a very quick turnaround time, the reality is there usually is just not enough time for us to catch an order, pull it out of the production queues and change it. Thanks for your understanding!
